Zandrivier’s Main House offers all the comfort of a historical Karoo farmhouse with stunning views across the valley. Sit on the stoep and watch the sun go down and the stars appear – our night skies are breathtaking. 

The farm offers a variety of activities or guests can simply relax and enjoy the  surrounds with a variety of farm animals. Zandrivier is the highest working farm in the Western Cape, located about 1200 m above sea level and enjoys snowfall during most winters. Guests can explore the 2000ha farm on foot, or tackle the farm roads and various trails on mountain bikes. Special arrangements can be made for horseback riding if conditions allow.​
